Soil improvement

Before planting mushrooms, the first thing we have to do is reclaim the soil. This will help the soil loosen and reduce pollution. Then, treat the insects on the bagasse by removing the remaining sugar. Note, in the process of using insecticides, you should choose a non-harmful type, avoid long-term residue in the soil and air so as not to affect the fungal tissue.

Prepare

-First, mix bagasse, water and lime in a tub soaked for about 24 hours. Then, dilute urea and DAP and soak for another 24 hours.

-The next step is to use a clean wooden shelf to line the bottom, pick up the soaked ingredients and pile them up, paying attention to have to put a bamboo pole in the middle to help escape steam.

-Finally, you use a plastic sheet or plastic cover completely within 20 days, remember to place 20cm from the ground for air circulation. The humidity must reach 65 - 75% and must be turned up every 4 days.

Perform

Step 1: After incubating the ingredients, we will proceed to transplant tamarind. First, you take out and let dry for about 3-5 minutes. Then put in the prepared mold and spread the meow. Spread the sugar cane baits then to the meow layer and turn it through until the mold is full, covering the top surface with straw.

Step 2: Cover all the newly cultured fungal tissues with a coating. About 5 days later, the silk will spread around the surface of the fungal tissue, then remove the mulch, take the sack or nylon with perforated vent to cover. During this time, monitor and check regularly the temperature and humidity of the fungus. If it is lower than 70%, more water should be watered, but spraying should only be done in several times to avoid damaging the filaments.

Step 3: Wait until the 12th day, the silk will form and after 15 days it can be harvested

Step 4: Harvest is completed for the first time, continue to cover the burlap or plastic and check the humidity for watering. You will harvest again in the next 3 - 4 days until all is gone. On average 10 kg of bagasse will give about 2 - 3 kg of mushrooms.

This planting method saves you money and space, just raw materials from bagasse can harvest mushrooms for the whole family both safely and effectively.
