The sugarcane bagasse blocks made from sugarcane residue after taking sugar juice and fermenting then pressed into blocks or into bales.

The process produces fermented residue of sugarcane

The production process of bagasse for export is not simple but it is not too difficult to make the product as required. Raw bagasse, after being collected, will be put into fermentation or not composted, after enough time, it will turn black and look like garbage.

After that, it will be put into the drying oven depending on the customer's requirements, out of the drying oven, it will be pressed into rectangular bales of the required weight, then packed into packages for export. The initial investment in technology is not too much of a problem. It is important to ensure stable and reasonable output.
